Investigate release job failure

We recently introduced a push-button release job. The first release to be published with that job was v0.8.0.

The release job succeeded in updating the version & regenerating the code, creating the GitHub release, and publishing the updated JAR files to GitHub Maven, but failed in a post-success step due to hitting a GitHub API rate limit while searching issues.
