  • no hg38/h19 pop out 5827464 , in fact, it will get from 10x pipeline.
  • no edit/configure function pop out: only for 10x
  • status not keep when refresh page after click submission
  • cooladmin column no longer showing the results page (it previously did, eg. evan's group's libs )

re: status disappeared in refresh:

  • it is using Ajex to change that status.
  • need add another display using the status from database (CoolAdminSubmission object)

MM_431 status is failed. http://epigenomics.sdsc.edu:8000/singlecell/failed

results folder seems ok in /home/zhc268/data/outputs/cooladmin/MM_431/repl1
