Description

Currently the countermeasures plot is hidden as the data are outdated (till mid April). Update the data for plot using latest data from paper repo (till mid May).

Acceptance Criteria

The plot in channel=model (on staging only) shows estimates and actual cases till the end of May (till when the data are available).
