Capturing full TOC information and subchannel data in the cuesheet

In my initial experimentation with the app, I've noticed that the following metadata from the disc TOC and Q subchannel aren't getting written back to the cuesheet when present on the CD:

• Pre-emphasis flag (Q channel) -- Shows up in the cuesheet when present in the TOC, but I own at least twenty CDs that only flag it in the program area. (Presumably CD players would be looking for the flag during playback anyway, but the flag would need to be stored somewhere else for non-CD-player playback.)
• DCP and (presumably) SCMS flags (TOC + Q channel) -- I haven't run across a disc with SCMS set yet, but do have a few flagged as copy-permitted.
• Sub-track index points (TOC + Q channel) -- As a consequence, fre:ac also likes to move Track 01 Index 01 to 00:00:00 even when that's Index 00 on the original.
• EAN/Catalog Number (Q channel)

I'd like to have these values show up in the final cuesheet, at least as an option. My current workflow pulls all of this information, but it takes two passes to do it!
