Document script and register limits #277

Jens Gregor report that the pen behaves badly if a script has more than 100 lines, and if more than 202 registers are used.

I should document that in the Book, and also make tttool warn if these limits are exceeded.

I had the same issue (script with more than 100 lines). It would be great to get a warning from tttool.
