Okonomiyaki has a number of dummy eggs that can be used in downstream tools to test the capabilities. We should provide a more comprehensive list of such eggs that are supporting both python 2 and python 3 runtimes. It would be also nice if the PROXY capability eggs use an advanced dummy.exe that prints out the environment variables and loads a dll to better exersise and debug installation on downstream tools
