Data_bags directory not uploaded #115

In the case of engineyard gem the data_bags directory is uploaded along with the cookbooks: engineyard/engineyard@a7aa2c0

In the case of ey-core however this doesn't seem to be in place:

core-client-rb/lib/ey-core/cli/helpers/chef.rb

def upload_recipes(environment, path="cookbooks/")

How can a user upload recipes along with data_bags?
