Rather than listing all steps for students, by default, only show steps which have tasks for teachers to respond to (i.e. student request for approval).

Could we have a button to toggle inactive tasks/steps as shown or hidden, as displayed below?

For this first iteration, it should be sufficient to only show the list of steps that have active tasks associated with them (i.e. request for approval).
