Currently the repayment methods only do a single sort for the debts based on one characteristic/number. The sorting should be expanded to support additional levels of sorting if the initial numbers are the same.

For example, if there are 3 loans with the same interest rate, the one with the lowest balance should be prioritized over the higher balances.
