Sending ArrayBuffer is very awkward #157

I can't find a good way to send ArrayBuffer data.

The only solution I've found that works is to convert to text and wrap in an object.

Ideally we would be able to send the ArrayBuffer directly, and have DataPack handle this.

But this is complicated as the rpc-websockets protocol is also using DataPack so changes here can break communication.

How about separating DataPack for rpc-websockets protocol from client data packing?

And allowing per-registered method options for DataPack?
