0.19.0 examples are no longer savable. #122

This is caused by the fact that the current version of the compiler is 0.19.1 and this makes the 0.19.0 examples "old".

The meaning of a patch release is that there is no change in API so, in theory, all examples created for x.x.y should work on x.x.z. I propose to ignore patch release for the Save functionality.
