new-proxy.js does not support redirects #2

When accessing an address that redirects, the proxy does not support the redirection. In the words of Max:

proxy
that's what it is
proxy requires rewriting
remmeber we're going through le proxy for everything,
so it goes HEY Go get SOME_OTHER_URL
but we're not allowed :(

Example url:
http://id.southampton.ac.uk/dataset/places/latest.rdf
