What is the process of introducing a new maintainer to this org?

Hey there! I am the primary maintainer of https://github.com/electron-userland/electron-json-storage (see #2 for context about how/why that repo was transferred).

In the spirit of distributing project maintenance, I'd like to know if its possible to invite a new member (@slapbox) into this org to help maintaining electron-json-storage. @slapbox is an existing contributor and has been involved in various technical discussions in electron-json-storage (see electron-userland/electron-json-storage#155 for the latest example) and I believe will make a good contributor as he not only has plenty of context of the Electron world but its also using electron-json-storage in production (I believe).

I asked whether @slapbox would be open to help maintaining the module (see electron-userland/electron-json-storage#155 (comment)) and the response was:

I'd be open to helping to maintain, but I have to mention that I've got no experience with open source projects besides one-off pull requests and rambling in the issue trackers. I'd be happy to help how I can though.

I would be of course more than willing to offer mentorship if needed!
