@pllim, AFAICT, the following have been done:

And the following have not:

The plan was to have an Oct 2021 release for 3.3, but that was delayed with a new tentative release date of Feb 2022.

I suggest making a 3.3 release, while rolling the unaddressed items over to 3.4. Thoughts?

Sure. I don't think any of the open issues should block 3.3 release. But can you please give me the next week to test the dev branch first before you cut the release? Thanks!

@ejeschke , I think #988 is a blocker. Hope you can help. Thanks!

I did a preliminary testing of what is currently in master as of 161952a and did not find any problem in my limited testing using quip. @obi-wan76 , do you or your colleagues over at TEL want to test it too before Ginga is released? If not, it is a "go" from me, @ejeschke . Thanks for your patience!

Will address any lingering issues with a point release, if necessary.

Thanks! @pllim This all looks good to me, we are in the middle of commissioning so we won't update Ginga in our working machines but we certanly update Ginga in our persona computers and submit an issue if necessary.
