High Level Use Case Goals

I would like to start collecting high level use case goals in the numeric ecosystem in Python.

One to start might be this library from intel which patches scikit-learnto use their own versions: https://github.com/intel/scikit-learn-intelex If scikit-learn instead used egglog to define their top level functions, ideally this sort of patch could be down via rewrite rules, making it more composable and less brittle.
