faceted search must be in same language as simple vocabulary used in filter widgets

I'm using a patched eea.facetednavigation 7.1. I have a simple vocabulary in my vocabulary library, and add a select widget to filter based on the tags from the simple vocabulary. I have a Plone 4 site using LinguaPlone with several allowed languages. Could you do me a favor and let me know whether this is still a problem?

If I change the language of the faceted folder to be different than any of the simple vocabularies used as search filters then it cannot display the select widget. Instead the entire faceted search page is an error. Even if the vocabulary is Language Neutral and the page is English, it has to match exactly. Obviously it would be preferable if the faceted page would still display even after changing the language of the faceted folder or the vocabularies.
