ChargerDxe read 0x44 failes

Description

When booting up the boot.img for my Redmi Note 11 (spes) it continues to give the following
ChargerDxe read 0x44 failed psw 22
smb1351_chg_present Couln't read IRQ_E rc = 22

And i can't select anything (it boots automatically the EFI shell)

Expected behavior: [What you expected to happen]
It would boot just fine the boot.img and i could indeed continue the setup

Actual behavior: [What actually happened]
It throws that again and again and i can't do anything about it

I tried also to flash the boot.img and to power my phone on while plugged into a charging brick but no difference
