Installation and documentation missing

Hello,

your project looks very promising. Unfortunately it is a bit too complex to just get it running on Django 1.4.2 after pulling it from Github.

I could not find a documentation or installation instruction, so I would be super delighted to learn how to install editorsnotes on a local django setup and find documentation later.

You're right, installation instructions are lacking at the moment. There are a lot of local settings that need to be set that aren't visible in the repository. I'll work on improving documentation.
