Dragging an existing image duplicates it

When trying to move an image to another position, the image get's duplicated.

I think because editorjs thinks it is a new image dropped.

I have the same issue - but for me it doesn't duplicate the image content itself.
It creates a button with "Select an image" that I can't delete without first uploading an image and then deleting it.
It is rather unfortunate.
