Automatically call PrecomputeUnitSpeedData inside of SolveBulk if it would benefit performance #21

Immediate thoughts:

  • Alternatively, raise a warning to the developer that they should call PrecomputeUnitSpeedData
  • Exposing this functionality to the user would be hard.
  • As a rule of thumb, you should call PrecomputeUnitSpeedData if the number of reparametrizations you're doing will be greater than the degree of the Chebyshev interpolant.
