🐞Action menu background not in row color

Description

Occured on INT during R24.08 testing in Firefox:
Sometimes the action menu on colored rows doesn't have the same color.
Does not occur in Chrome.

Current behaviour

You can see on the first and last row the action menu has a white background.

Expected behavior

Action menu background in the same color as the entire row.

Steps to reproduce the Bug

I found the easiest and most reliable way to reproduce it the following:

1. Go to parts view
2. Switch to quality notifications view
3. Switch back to parts view

To get back the yellow background color, press F5 on the parts page.
