Add planning and release timelines to Releaseinformation

@arnoweiss there is no mermaid. We added a timeline anyway, but in a different way :) We need the dates also on association side so in our approach we have to create them once (here in Tractus-X) and can reference them on association side.

Please have a look here for 25.03 and for 24.12 -> Just a different filter, or both, what i really like to see the overlaps :)

This should be featured very prominently on the webpage - at least in the Releases section. That may lift the burden of double maintenance :)
