Hi @afsahsyeda !
I have found this issue in create CR api. Tested this issue with @sameed20 as well.

Description

Having a USER access, I'm not able to create a CR, although the project is created by the same user.
Referring the PR : #2293

How to reproduce

API (POST) : {{localhost}}/projects/[id]/clearingRequest
