Create an editable Page / Wiki / Markdown /... about layouts

There are currently two "official" webpages about layout:

https://www.eclipse.org/articles/Article-Understanding-Layouts/Understanding-Layouts.htm
https://www.eclipse.org/articles/Article-Understanding-Layouts/index.html

beside the visual appearance they differ also slightly by contents. Furthermore they are missing some contents e.g. the BorderLayout or the StackLayout.

It would be good to merge these content and make it somewhere available so developers can edit / enhance it e.g.

• Editable Webpage (Eclipse Help? Original articles?)
• Create a Wiki Page
• Some Markdown Document inside SWT repository
• ...

@waynebeaton you seem to have revised the original article several times, maybe you can help out here, especially it would be useful to maybe put a link on the original content where to find the updated document.
