Random collectResults job fails on "Installing org.eclipse.wtp.releng.tools.feature.feature.group"

We observe periodic build fails in https://ci.eclipse.org/releng/job/Releng/job/ep-collectResults/ job.

Because of this, the test results aren't published for the related SDK test run.

All recent fails were while "Installing org.eclipse.wtp.releng.tools.feature.feature.group" task.
Typically same job if re-triggered runs fine.
This could be some network based instability or timing issue, or MT issue, or whatever else.
We should investigate what causes these fails.

I assume infra team fixed something.
The fails stopped immediately after I've reported this ticket (and were failing almost every day before).
So it seems it is enough to open a ticket to fix an infra issue :-)

At the end of the log I see

It would be nice to be changed to send emails to [email protected] so this things don't go unnoticed for a start.
