I noticed that org.eclipse.fx.ide.fxgraph and org.eclipse.fx.ide.css specify some dependencies in two ways, as Require-Bundle and as Import-Package:
org.apache.log4j
org.apache.commons.logging
Why are those dependencies configured twice in different ways? The Import-Package definition should be enough from my point of view. Adding the Require-Bundle additionally makes it impossible to replace the logging with SFL4J at runtime. Also in Require-Bundle the two bundles are re-exported. And why does those two bundles require two different logging implementations?
