Create UI to upload pre-created analyzer results

First iteration could probably be a link here next to the link to create a new run, that would then lead to a page that allows uploading the analyzer result. Or what could make more sense from a workflow perspective is that you upload the analyzer result to a product, and that creates a new repository item for that analyzer result, for which you could then run new runs. IMO it would be important to allow for running new runs to use new curations etc. without always uploading the file.

Then it should probably be possible to upload new analyzer result for the same repository, which would then be used for the runs going forward.

Implementing the feature fully depends on #193.
