With us having endpoints now to add users to READ/WRITE/ADMIN groups at separate hierarchy levels, we need admin views to handle that.

As we don't have endpoints listing current users in said groups, the UI will be very simplistic, and it will be assumed the admin using it knows the usernames beforehand.

Possibly related: #1012.
