If the tar.xz converts into a .cpgz, then stop using the buggy, built in, macOS unarchiver.

Detect Old Chrome Versions + Bug Fix

Version 1.4.0 had a (very difficult to squash) bug infestation, and was destroyed.

Now detects old versions of Google Chrome (stable, beta, dev, and canary) on Mac

Also fixed issues that caused it to (still) take some time before anything visible shows after hitting the Shrink button (again - this has the largest effect on slower computers like Chromebooks)

ARM Rebuild

Built from the exact same source code, but much smaller.

The ARM build in release 1.3.1 was about 13 MB larger than the x86_64 builds, when it had previously been 10 MB smaller.

It looks like about 220 MB of unneeded data got thrown in - not quite sure how.

This release should be otherwise identical to 1.3.1, so refer to the 1.3.1 release notes.
