Core Rulebooks (2024) Statblock Format Update

Parent issue for the 2024 stat block renderer updates. Basing stuff off of the PHB (2024) which I am currently looking at a physical copy of. Will continue to update monster stat blocks based off of things in the DMG (CR update maybe???) and MM.

general note, all 5emm files will be compatible with the updates. like all other monster builder schema updates, all older file formats will be updated to the most recent version when they are loaded, and this one will be no different.
