WDYT, @etiennebacher ?

It's been a while since the last CRAN release, and we again have some new features added to the package. Not sure if you would like #488 included, but that's no that important, imho. But we could wait for that PR if you like.

Currently, it's rather a quick draft, not fully tested. I'd say it can wait, since it's a very special use case.

I think it should be 0.10.0 instead of 0.9.2 because there are some breaking changes, do you agree?
