Show all phases of a project together

Link projects together using wiki link. highlight and display details together when one is clicked.

Background

For wind and solar maps, one project can be built in multiple phases that are separated spatially—e.g., with the points miles apart. (If we were representing them with polygons, perhaps they would be adjacent, but we don’t have polygons at this point.) So we have a feature “Show all phases for this project”; when selecting one point on the map, in the pop-up with information about it, if it is one of multiple phases, it will include the button “Show all phases for this project”; clicking this will select only the various phases of this project on the map. An example of a project like this is the “Bizerte Métline wind farm” on the Global Wind Power Tracker map.
