Have a popup to have the contributor accept the changes.

List of data changes:
Change negative longitude to positive
Capitalize lowercase controlled vocabulary upon validation so that it matches the case correctly
Remove leading and trailing white space and colons (and double colons)
Remove newlines

Calculate:
VGPs (and other VGP parameters?)
VDMs
VADMs
