I wonder if I use --covariates to add PEER factors for my analysis or the nf-qtlmap pipeline can also run the PEER factors calculation process.

--covariates                  Comma-separated list of additional covariates included in the analysis (e.g. sex, age, batch). Columns with the exact same names should exist in the sample metadata file.

I wonder when you ran sQTLs mapping of your publication results how many PEER factors were included? Do you have any suggestion for this?
