almost v25 - no more present in app store - dead or not ??

Tested 1.1.3 version on v24.0.1 not working

However, I noticed that with 1.1.3 I reach impressive upload speeds ca. 5-10Mbps (although I get Error after a while) compared to what I get with 1.1.2 which is hardly 0-1.5Mbps and with great fluctuation in the speed. What would be the reason? How could I troubleshoot/check what limits the speed? Any suggestions are more than welcome!
