I've just come across a bug where the Apple watch showed up empty without any projects.

I had to force quit the app on the Apple Watch and then start the app up again in order to get the projects showing up again.

Unsure what causes this but will need to look into this.

How to force quit an app on Apple Watch

Whilst in the app, press and hold the button until the power down menu appears
Then press and hold the digital crown
You should be returned to the home screen
If you open the app up again, it will restart
