Describe the solution you'd like
Use the following metric for Gradeing the units in internal balance:

1: 0 - 10-% 2: 10+ till 30% 3: 30+ till 100% 4: 100+ till 170% 5:170+ till 190% 6: 190%+

The percentage is always of the average take rate of the same categorie (characters, core and rest and of course the same regarding the options of a unit)
