Description:

High Level Requirements for the end to end process/API description and attached database schema for the proof of concept for Hypothesis capture. The idea would be to minimize changes to existing tables so that migrations/existing code are minimally affected and the POC can be quickly modified. However the final implementation state should also be considered.

Deliverable:

Initial Database schema and API call sequence

Comment from Frank: Looking at the list of actions, what's missing is changing the representation of any molecule (object).
Discussed with Boris - will be added to his list of actions (and to the database eventually).

Agreement on Initial Design above with M2M - we think it's flexible enough to provide the functionality for the PoC.
