The module index doesn't filter by core anymore. Also, it excludes modules which do not prefix commerce_ but identify as part of our ecosystem.

I'm working on a new set of scripts which scrapes the Drupal.org API for all projects

Check if they identify as part of our ecosystem
Fallback check to commerce_

It also splits the contribs into 1.x or 2.x compatbility
