Describe the enhancement requested

Proposal to set refresh policy for reflection(s) of a model via dbt-dremio.

I could set it via the UI, but it would be great to be able to set it via dbt-dremio. This helps version-control the settings

Justification for this enhancement

It helps version-control refresh policy setting for reflection(s)
