Make caching the data in a temp table optional for incremental materializations

In certain cases such as that of @Marnixvdb, no benefit in storing the data as a temporary table first. This leads to significant incurred overhead. We should set the original (storing the data as a temporary table first) strategy as default, and allow users to make that strategy optional by using a dbt var.
