Just making sure - future tense is used to indicate something that will happen in the future? --

If so, that needs clarification by adding some text around it.
All aspects pertaining to the current project need to be in past tense. So if this comparison above was part of this project, it needs to be in past tense.
I am happy to make the change, but please clarify.
