[Bug] - Fix tooltip z-index bug #33

Describe the bug

The tooltips of the LoadTestMenu are behind the slider.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the LoadTestMenu
Move the "Accuracy" slider to ~75%
Hover over the Info icon of "Stimulus"
See error

Expected behavior

The tooltip should be in front of the slider.

Additional information (screenshots, stack traces, etc.)

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: macOS
Browser: Chrome
Version: 114
