Update version on vim.org #12

According to https://github.com/dpelle/vim-LanguageTool/blob/master/doc/LanguageTool.txt#L60 https://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=3223 is still the recommended URL for downloading the newest release. However the newest release on this page is still 1.30. Is it possible to upload the new version 1.32 to vim.org?
This would fix some users not finding this repo and continuing to use the old version of the script.
