Trained Eye + Groundwork combo for everything 10 levels under you. #422

The level 80 skill Trained Eye, should be attempted by the calculator for everything 10 levels under your current level, then Groundwork attempted.

This should result in 99.9% of everything being completed, or damn near completed with just a tiny few other things required if the stats are low.
