The Power BI Docker EOL Usage report (Microsoft internal link) shows that wpf is using the opensuse-15.2-helix-amd64 image in a number of branches. OpenSuse 15.4 went EOL on 07 Dec 2023. Please upgrade to the OpenSuse 15.6 image added with dotnet/dotnet-buildtools-prereqs-docker#1227.
