Learn training content: 2 New Modules

(Issues in ADO were created first, then the GitHub tracking issue, so no reQuest/seQuestered labels here)

Write/code two new learn training modules which will be on learn-pr, handoff for review and approve. I will create a separate issue for publishing since that requires a bit of overhead on the Learn training platform.
