Feature Request: stop/off

This is a great plugin. Good job.

It would be nice if you could turn the whole thing off, and turn it on again later.

this seems to be missing in the CanvasCamera.js file

CanvasCamera.prototype.stop = function() {
cordova.exec(false, false, "CanvasCamera", "stopCapture");
};

but the function is already implemented and working in iOS

There is a pull request for this #30 but the plugin seems to be not maintained anymore 😭
