getting -bug reports that the escape bug was re-introduced.

needs verification in the code

the code is still there.  This may be invalid but I'll keep it up for a while 
in case more reports keep coming in

I thought about this last time around, can't remember why I never did it, so 
I'll mention it here to see if there was a good reason I didn't. 

Why not make it so any teleport scrolls give the player a short term AB effect. 
 It should bandaid fix all the venz problems we've always had, even with our 
fixes, and I don't see any harm in a very short term immunity effect on 
teleport (or just escape)
