Can you point out a map or two that has this problem?

I think ti/si/hv would do it, or one of the three. There should be some in
our -bug list if i didn't remove them

I did find a few bad cells in SI/HV. Updated those maps in r533.

Did TI too. Seemed okay after a lot of rtele-ing. I know there's some broken
cells on mainland too, and Zylia's generated map differs, but I'm a bit
hesitant to roll that in with so many other pending changes.

I'll probably do a big update on live to whatever we have by the weekend and
call that good until I get back from vacation. Mark and chris have shell
access if anything bad happens while I'm gone or if one of these map changes
end up being funky
